PB & Banana Chocolate Protein Shake
serves 1
1 cup water (or almond milk for an extra health boost)
1 scoop Amazing Meal Chocolate Infusion or chocolate protein powder of choice
1 medium ripe banana, frozen and chopped
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
handful of ice, only if banana is not frozen
ground flax seeds, for sprinkling
1. Place ingredients in order in blender.
2. Blend for a minute, or until desired consistency. Add more water for a thinner smoothie, if desired.
3. Pour into a cup, sprinkle with a pinch of flax seeds, and enjoy!
Easy!
Apparently, I have a thing for peanut butter, chocolate, and banana fusions! Also, I personally love this shake to turn out thick and creamy after blending. Feel free to add more water or almond milk for a thinner shake.Nutrition Facts

I cannot share the nutrition info if using almond milk because it really depends on which brand and type you use (sweetened, unsweetened, etc.). However, without a doubt, almond milk will add more vitamins and minerals. Another thing I cannot specifically calculate is the kind of chocolate protein powder you're using
Mine.
By the way, my bike ride to class this morning was so fun! I received the bike as an early Christmas gift (thank you, mom, dad, and grandma!). I felt funny with my helmet on, since I haven't worn one for years, but better safe than sorry, right? =)When I got back home, Rick brewed Hawaiian hazelnut coffee and we shared the two last chocolate chip cookies that I made yesterday.
A well-deserved treat. *wink*
I plan on biking more often these days; it's way cheaper than gasoline, easy on the planet, and healthy for the heart. You just cannot lose with a bike; just make sure you have a bike lock!
