This.
And this.
I guess you can blame education for making me turn to packaged instant noodle blocks for food. Classes can also explain why I don't blog so often.
Ramen noodles are my guilty pleasure; they're easy to cook and you can make all kinds of noodly variations of your liking.
In this picture, I boiled the noodles with water, a tablespoon of miso paste, edamame, seaweed, and a little bit of veggie broth; served with Ling-Lings and hoisin sauce on the side. I apologize for not giving any measurements, for Ramen noodles are just another one of those lazy foods that I just don't argue with (kind of like my thoughts on stir-fry).
Today I made Ramen noodle soup (second picture) by boiling them in water, adding a few dashes of red pepper flakes, shredded spinach, sliced onions, and a tablespoon or two of hot chili oil . Hoisin and peanut butter were added to taste after cooking.
Oh, Ramen noodles, how you never let us college students down.
I'm going to type out another post later on homemade larabars that I made yesterday.
Going to get a haircut!
