Uber Easy Watermelon Smoothie

Hey everyone. Quick post here. =)
Lately I've been blending up tons of smoothies.
I would love to post all of them up but that would equal about two weeks worth of smoothies! But no worries; you'll be able to see all of my yummy finds eventually.
For now, I want to share this one:
I had watermelon chunks in the refrigerator that I needed to use soon or else they'd go bad. I'm so glad I found this recipe on VegWeb.com because it was a delicious way of using up the fruit! I actually altered the measurements because it only yielded a little bit. Click here for the original recipe; see below for the changes I made.

Uber Easy Watermelon Smoothie
serves 1

2 cups watermelon chunks
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
ice cubes, if needed

Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour in a tall cup and enjoy!

Easy and so good, a great way to nourish yourself with lycopene, antioxidants, and fiber. I'll definitely be turning to this smoothie when the days get warmer. ;)
